This custom garage was built around one homeowner’s vision: a place to pursue his passions for golf and woodworking, park his truck and Harley, and unwind with family and friends. More than just a garage, it became a personalized retreat designed around the things he enjoys most.
The project includes a three-car garage, a dedicated 25-by-25 woodworking shop customized around the owner’s equipment, and a second-story loft that ties everything together. Overlooking the lake, expansive windows and vaulted ceilings fill the interior with natural light and showcase lake views. Glass walls between the loft and workshop below allow separate areas for work and gathering.
The upper-level loft serves as both a comfortable retreat and an entertainment destination, complete with a hospitality area, lounge seating, and a full golf simulator. Both the simulator and woodworking shop required precise planning to accommodate the owner’s equipment, dimensions, and workflow, ensuring every detail functions exactly as intended.
